Philly rapper Meek Mill will spend the next three months of his life far from the studios. and six additional years of probation, Even his plans to return to school will have to wait.
Starting from the first day of March, a Philadelphia judge sentenced the rapper to six years of probation for violating his probation, well! He will be allowed to serve 3 months on house arrest with his ankle chained to a monitoring bracelet.
Reports from TMZ says Meek Mill can only do charitable work for the community during his jail time, he has been ban from doing any other kind of work which includes releasing any mixtapes, travelling, rapping and performing.
The Maybach Music rapper was earlier convicted for drug dealing and gun possession back in 2008, he served few months in jail before he was paroled in 2009 on five years’ probation, but he hopped out of town to attend the AMAs in November without getting permission from his probation officer, thereby violating travel restrictions.
