Lionel Messi displayed questionable behaviour following a frustrating end to Inter Miami’s MLS campaign, USMNT legend, Landon Donovan has said. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, he did not like how Messi stormed down the tunnel without acknowledging the loyal fan base or his opponents after the game, and that was nothing but a petulant display.

Donovan added that Lionel simply had to congratulate the opponents for a good game, and appreciate Inter Miami fans for their unending support.
His words, “I don’t like that. Just shake their hands and say congratulations.
Messi walked right off the field. Maybe in the locker room they came out and said congrats or whatever, and by the way, your fans are out there too, at least congratulate them on a great season and thank them for all the support they’ve had.”
