The past meets the future at Maker Faire this weekend at the Henry Ford Museum and the Modio team believes that future includes making your own toys.
All weekend at the Modio Maker Faire booth, visitors can try the design features of the App, see how Modio parts are printed on a 3D printer and even sit down at the play table full of 3D printed interchangeable parts to see how powerful the Modio app can be.
This is the third, but very important, Maker Faire event this year for the Modio team based in Providence, Rhode Island. “Maker Faire Detroit is an exciting part of our plan. I grew up in Jackson and the Henry Ford Museum has always been one of my favorite places to explore. To have the chance to be here surrounded by inventions of the past and share a glimpse of the future is really exciting,” said Wayne Losey, Chief Creative & Playmaker at Modio.
Modio Inc. is a corporation at the forefront of 3D printing and play. Modio has offices in Reykjavik, Iceland and Providence, Rhode Island. For more information, please call (401) 749-0023, or visit www.modio3D.com.
