Manchester United forward, Marcus Rashford has come out to say that the club has taken good steps forward under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. He, however, revealed that the players must know that more is required for the team to start winning trophies.
According to him, he believes the team has progressed under the Norwegian boss because good performances are beginning to lead to good results, unlike how things were before Ole came in.
He added that the earlier MUFC starts winning trophies again, the better because it is long overdue for a club of Man United’s status.
His words, “I think we’ve definitely progressed, if we look back to the team when Ole first took over as manager and how we were performing,”
“Even when we were winning games back then, it probably wasn’t the way that we’d all wanted to win the game.”
“We’ve taken great steps forward, but the message remains the same. We’ve still got many more steps to take in the right direction.”
“Everyone is concentrating on that and, ultimately, we want to start winning big trophies and winning big games, more than what we’ve done.”
