Muhammadu Buhari was in a meeting with leaders of the ruling party, the All Progressives’ Congress (APC) and main opposition party, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) on Friday, August 25, 2017.
This was revealed on the presidency’s official Twitter handle (@NGRPresident) which posted, “President MBuhari meeting with PDP and APC Leaders at the State House this morning. PDP Chairman Sen Ahmed Makarfi arriving for the Meeting”.
Vice President Yemi Osinbajo was also in attendance after returning from a commissioning trip to Taraba state on Thursday.
The meeting took place at the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
