    My Job Is To Give Iwobi More Confidence – Benitez

    Everton manager, Rafael Benitez has come out to hail Alex Iwobi for his impact in his team. He recently revealed that Iwobi definitely has the potential and energy to thrive at the club.

    According to him, his own job is to give Iwobi confidence on the pitch and make him understand how he wants his team to play.

    He added that Everton fans can also notice the improvement from the Nigerian forward this season.

    His words, “When I was analysing all the stats, not just watching the games… he is one of the players who have the potential and energy and could do well,”

    “My job was to try to give him confidence and adjust a couple of things in the way he is playing and his understanding of the game.”
