Popular Nollywood actor Richard Mofe-Damijo (RMD) has shared the biggest challenge he faced while filming his new movie “Revelations.” He recently revealed that the naira crash almost derailed the project, and fans have been reacting.
Speaking during an interview, RMD said that buying a dollar for N1,900 posed a major challenge to the release of the project.

According to him, however, his passion for making movies is the reason why he went ahead with production despite the financial implications.
He stated that when it is a story you absolutely believe in, producers must do everything possible to make it happen.
“I bought a dollar for N1,900. So it was quite a challenge, but when you’re passionate about something you don’t let money stop you. You just go ahead and tell the story. If you don’t have the money you’ll raise it from other people,” he said.
RMD further noted that “Revelations” was a story he had in mind for many years, and he just needed time to tell it differently.
The veteran moviestar concluded by saying that the interesting characters in the film make it a must-watch for Nollywood lovers.
“I’ve had that story in my head for a long time and I was just looking for how to tell it differently, and the result is Revelations.
Every character has something to hide … something they would rather not go back to,” he added.
