Leicester City midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi was happy to celebrate his 100th Premier League appearance in his team’s 2-0 victory over Brighton and Hove Albion.
The 22-year-old, who joined EPL from Genk in 2017, featured from the beginning to end as Brendan Rodgers’ team sealed the win at the Amex Stadium.
Since he joined from Belgium, the Nigerian footballer has established himself as a regular at the King Power Stadium and he has now joined Nwankwo Kanu, Yakubu Aiyegbeni, Alex Iwobi, Joseph Yobo, Victor Moses and John Obi Mikel in the amazing list of Super Eagles players who have played 100 games in the EPL.
At the end of yesterday’s game, Wilfried wrote about how pleased he was with his defensive contribution that sealed the clean sheet for his club.
