Nicki Minaj and Cardi B’s feud went nuclear last month after a run-in at New York Fashion Week resulted in a shoe allegedly being thrown at Nicki’s head.
So understandably, fans have been combing ever song and social media post from the rappers for catty digs aimed at each other.
And on Nicki’s latest verse, people reckon they’ve found some. Fans are convinced that the 35-year-old has made some thinly-veiled jabs about Cardi on her verse for Future’s new track Transformer.
On her guest verse, Nicki raps: ‘Some call me Nicki but some call me Megatron, I’m stopping bags and I don’t need a red octagon.’ ‘Stopping bags’ refers to preventing someone for making money – which is what Cardi accused Nicki of following their Fashion Week fight.
The 25-year-old wrote on Instagram: ‘I let you sneak diss me, I let you lie on me, I let you attempt to stop my bags, fuck up the way I eat. ‘Bitches talk all that shit in they raps but in real life they pussy!
This shit really is for entertainment!!’ Nicki also made a reference to Milli Vanilli on Transformer, which some people believe is a dig at allegations Cardi used a ghostwriter on her hit album Invasion Of Privacy (allegations she has denied).
