Nicki-Minaj-Taylor-Swift-1Nicki Minaj‘s sibling, Jelani Maraj, showed up in court yesterday December 9, 2015 after being accused of raping a 12-year-old girl, multiple times.

According to the New York Daily News, Maraj was joined by his mother, Carol Maraj and his lawyer, during his court appearance.

According to HiphopDX, 37-year-old Jelani Maraj, showed up to the Nassau County courthouse for a preliminary hearing with the judge and lawyers on the case to set a trial schedule.

Late last week, it was reported that Minaj put up the $100k bail to have her brother released from jail. Although she did post his bail, the rap star has remained silent on the allegations against her brother.
