Speed Darlington’s lawyer, Stan Alieke has come out to say that the Nigeria Police has no right to arrest, detain or prosecute anyone in possession of Indian hemp or any form of hard drugs. He recently had his say via his social media page, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, only the National Drug Enforcement Agency, NDLEA has the jurisdiction to carry out such an arrest, so the Nigeria Police should avoid carrying out the duties of others.
