Christopher Nkunku will not be returning from a hip injury ahead of schedule, Pochettino has said. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, the French forward will not be available to help the team for now and it is a complete shame because he was ready for a run of games before his latest injury.
Nkunku added that it is not a very big hip issue, but his comeback has been delayed.
His words, “No. He’s not available. It’s a shame. He’s still recovering. He suffered a little bit in his hip, now he’s recovering. It’s not a big issue. It’s just delayed the possibility of being available again.”
