Atletico Madrid captain, Koke has come out to back Jan Oblak to regain his form. He recently had his say while speaking with the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, everyone knows Oblak’s quality in front of goal and he’ll remain the best goalkeeper in the world in his eyes.
Koke added that Jan is focused on doing the same work that he has done all these years, and he believes he’ll start saving again.
His words, “We know the level of player he is. For me, he’s the best goalkeeper in the world,”
“Maybe we aren’t having the luck we’ve had in previous years. When our opponents shoot, they score.”
“But Jan is our vice-captain, he’s important. He looks strong. He’s focused on doing the same work that he’s done all these years, to keep improving and helping the group.”
