As Muslims around the world begin the holy month of Ramadan, Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State has called on Muslims in Nigeria to use this period to pray for the country to overcome its current challenges.
Governor Abiodun emphasized the importance of helping the needy in communities, especially during Ramadan, and urged Nigerians, particularly the affluent, to support the less privileged.
In his Ramadan message, Governor Abiodun highlighted the collective responsibility of all levels of government in creating a better Nigeria.

He expressed the commitment of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration to improving Nigeria’s economy and called on Nigerians to support these efforts.
The governor encouraged Muslims to embrace the values of compassion, discipline, holiness, and righteousness not only during Ramadan but also beyond the holy month.
He concluded by saying, “May this holy month bring blessings, joy, and spiritual enlightenment to all. Ramadan Kareem!”
