Organisers of All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA), have released the list of nominees for the 2016 edition, with Nigeria leading the nominations with 10 names.
Wizkid and Tiwa Savage are among the Nigerians nominated, alongside Tekno, Flavour, Seyi Shay, Temi Dollface and more.
Despite having the most number of nominees, a number of high profile Nigerians failed to make the list, including Olamide and Davido.
Public voting for the awards will begin August 30.
The awards ceremony will hold on Sunday, November 6 in Lagos, Nigeria.
