A member of the House of Representatives, Joseph Edionwele has said that Edo State Governor, Adams Oshiomhole has not achieved anything in the state.
Edionwele made the comment during a recent interview with Vanguard in Abuja.
“It is not an issue of how prepared we (PDP) are. In Edo State, we are ready for change. We have passed through a lot of pains and troubles. PDP will certainly take over in September,” he said.
“The confidence is that Oshiomhole has not done anything. Nothing has changed. Take it sector by sector. In roads, nothing has changed. In the health sector, nothing has changed. There is no legacy the governor is leaving behind,” he added.
Edionwele, who represents the Esan West/Esan Central/Igueben federal constituency of the state, is a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) while Oshiomhole is a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
