Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba is back in light training a month after being sidelined with a hamstring injury.
Pogba posted a series of videos on social media on Wednesday showing him jogging on a treadmill and working in the gym.
Jose Mourinho has so far refused to put a timeframe on Pogba’s return but has admitted the midfielder is considered a “long-term” absentee along with Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marcos Rojo.
Sources have said that France manager Didier Deschamps is not expecting the 24-year-old, who has been in Miami, to be available before the next international break which begins on Nov. 6 — the day after United meet Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
Pogba has missed five games since he was substituted after 19 minutes of the 3-0 win over Basel in the Champions League on Sept. 12 and will also miss United’s Premier League clash with Liverpool at Anfield on Saturday.
Mourinho is also set to also be without Marouane Fellaini, who sustained a knee injury playing for Belgium. The midfielder was substituted during the first half of their 4-3 win over Bosnia and Herzegovina after suffering strained knee ligaments.
