Senator Shehu Sani, a former politician, has expressed doubts about whether or not it would be beneficial for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and the Labour Party (LP) to unite.
Sani made the idea on Thursday in a post on X.
Using a Ferrari engine in a Peugeot car, the ex-lawmaker compared the proposed merger between PDP and LP.
As he put it, “Merging PDP with the young, agile, and restless Labor supporters will be like fixing a Ferrari engine into a peugeot.”
InfoStride News recalls that in 2027, there will be an election, and the incumbent All Progressives Congress (APC) would be challenged by a coalition of opposition parties.
