
Cross River Born Public Affairs Analyst, Prince Thomas Abi Jr. has expressed great shock over the death of the Commanding Officer 272 Task Force Battalion at Mallam Fatori in Borno State, Lt-Col Muhammad Abu Ali who was killed by Boko Haram Insurgents.
He said the death of Lt-Col Ali was painful, and a big blow to the nation.
“The death of Col Ali is a painful one and a big blow to the entire nation”.
Prince Abi called on the Federal government and the Nigerian Army to Immortalize the Late military Officer.
“While I join the millions of Nigerians in mourning this great hero of our time. I call on the Federal government and the Nigerian Army to immortalize the Late Lt- Col Abu Ali and also take the responsibility of taking care of the welfare of his wife and children he left behind”.
Prince Abi called on Nigerians to pray for military personnels who have lost their lives and also ensure that the military is provided equipment to fight the war against insurgency.
“As we pray for his soul, we must be reminded to pray for our fallen heroes who have laid down their lives protecting our nation and also ensure that we provide the needed arms and ammunition for our arm forces if we must win the war against Boko Haram Insurgency”.
He prayed for the Almighty Allah to accept his soul and grant him a place in his bosom.
“May the Almighty Allah who is the most loving and merciful grant him Aljanah Fidarus”.
