Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo had a good 2013 as her movie ‘Arinzo’ got her the ‘Best Actress of the Year’ award at Classic African Merit Award (CAMA). But her greatest challenge she says was producing her first English movie ‘Silence’.
The actress, business woman and single mother of two spoke with Encomium Magazine ‘One of the major challenges was getting the right cast for the movie, ’Silence’.
‘I got an unusual cast, someone like Joseph Benjamin, Tina Mba, Biola Williams, Alex Usifo, Fathia Balogun, Bukky Wright, Doris Simeon and the rest, getting them to work together was not easy because most of them had not worked together before’, she concluded.
‘Silence‘ will be released in 2014.
