Chelsea striker, Sam Kerr has come out to share how she proposed to USWNT star, Kristie Mewis. She recently had her say in a series of heart-warming photos on her Instagram, and fans have been reacting.
The Chelsea and Australia player simply posted three photos which beautifully captured the moments from her engagement with the Gotham FC star Mewis, back in September.
The couple’s romance rumours first ignited during the Tokyo Olympics 2020, and the confirmation of their relationship came shortly after Matildas legend, Kerr posted a heartfelt photo of them kissing on Instagram.
Mewis had this to say weeks back, “I think just being out and being two girls in love, I think if we can change one or two people’s lives and the way that they feel about each other and how comfortable they feel, then that means a lot to me.”
