Now official SSD sponsor for ESL National Championship in Germany, France and UK
SanDisk Corporation has announced it will be extending its partnership with ESL, the world’s largest esports company, in 2015.
SanDisk will this year sponsor the ESL National Championship in Germany, France and the UK as the official SSD partner, helping even more gamers perform at their best through high speed and high endurance SSD technology.
SanDisk will also sponsor a brand new Go4 cup series in the Nordic region (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden) later in the year.
SanDisk first teamed up with ESL at gamescom 2014, supporting the ESL Pro Series with the SanDisk Extreme PRO SSD as well as the Go4Dota2 cup series to help players and teams achieve a superior gaming experience during their first steps to gaming stardom.
“This is the second year SanDisk is partnering with ESL,” said Darragh O’Toole, EMEA Product Marketing Manager, SanDisk. “We are excited to continue offering gamers the fast responsiveness, shorter load times and pro-level performance that they have come to expect from SanDisk’s Extreme PRO SSDs.”
Ulrich Schulze, Managing Director of Pro Gaming at ESL, said of the partnership extension, “We’re greatly looking forward to working with SanDisk again this year – here’s to the continuation of a successful and long-lasting partnership!”
