Manchester City defender Rico Lewis has said that new teammate Antoine Semenyo had a seamless debut against Exeter City in the third round of the FA Cup. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, the Ghanaian international has made a seamless transition into Pep Guardiola’s side thus far, and it is not surprising because every top EPL club wanted to sign him.
Rico added that Semenyo has shown his Premier League quality with Bournemouth, so he expects him to thrive at a big club.
His words, “It’s not a surprise for us because everyone has seen how good of a player he is in the Premier League.
Everybody wanted him, there’s a reason for that and he’s shown that today. It feels like a seamless transition into the team.
He’s a really good person as well which is another positive.”
