    Sterling Bank Emerges As Winner Of Great Place To Work Awards

    Following the just concluded 2020 edition award program initiated by the “Great Place to Work Awards”, Sterling Bank Plc has emerged as the winner.

    The 6 categories in the award competition are: quality of life practice; fun and friendly workplace; excellence in the delivery of inspiring people practices; excellence in delivery of leadership practices; excellence in the delivery of corporate social responsibility; and the best workplace ranking.

    The program took place in Lagos, Sterling Bank Plc, emerge as the overall winner by scoring more points ahead of many companies in the 6 categories for large corporates.

    In his remarks the Sterling Bank’ Human Resources Officer, Mrs Temi Dalley, described the awards as a recognition of the bank’ effort in creating a friendly work environment for employees.
