National chairman of All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Chief Maxi Okwu, has appealed to Governor Peter Obi of Anambra State to restrain Chief Victor Umeh from continuing his legal battle against the leadership of the party.

Okwu, who made the appeal, yesterday, when he visited Senator Offia Nwali in his country home at Ameka, Ezza South Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, observed that protracted legal battle was part of the instruments destroying the stability of the party.

He stated that the party was undergoing serious re- branding and restructuring to bring back its lost glory.

He said: “There is still legal battle by Chief Victor Umeh, we extended our hands of cooperation and reconciliation but he turned it down, we have to move on.
