Stop Putting Too Much Pressure On Young Yamal – Ronaldo

Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo has come out to dismiss Lamine Yamal as the next Ballon d’Or winner. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, due to both Yamal‘s age and Barcelona’s Champions League failure last season, he doubts the youngster would win the next Ballon d’Or award.

He added that despite showing his amazing quality since his Barcelona debut, people should stop putting too much pressure on the teenager.

His words, “Lamine Yamal is doing very well, he is taking full advantage of his talent. Now let the kid grow and don’t put too much pressure on him. Let him be and let him grow well, take the pressure off him. He has no shortage of talent.”
