On Wednesday, November 15, the Court of Appeal will hear Nasarawa State Governor Abdullahi Sule’s appeal.
The governorship election petition tribunal’s 2-1 decision to remove Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate David Ombugadu from office is being challenged by Sule.
The Court of Appeal’s Electronic Desk Officer, Nasiru Alhassan, sent out a notice to all parties involved confirming the scheduled hearing date. The proceedings will begin at 9 am at the Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal.
