Naomi Campbell the British supermodel has always been known to have a very fiery temper and now she’s been found guilty of assaulting a photographer.
In 2009 on holiday with her Ex-boyfriend Russian billionaire Vladimir Doronin, Naomi Campbell lashed out at a photographer when she noticed he was taking pictures of them, swinging up-down her purse at him and scratching him in the eye.
Naomi attended the Costume Institute Gala Benefit to celebrate the opening of the “American Woman: Fashioning a National Identity” exhibition at The Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 3, 2010 in New York City.
The supermodel’s attorney managed to get a settlement with the photographer who agreed to drop the charges against Naomi however prosecutor Francesco Massara ordered for the trial to go forth, insisting that it was in the public’s best interest due to the seriousness of the charges.
Naomi was convicted of assault on Friday and has been given a six-month suspended sentence.
