Popular singer, Timi Dakolo has come out to raise alarm over the increase in black soot in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Recall that the black soot blamed on illegal bunkering and gas flaring, was first noticed in parts of Port Harcourt and some neighbouring local government areas like Eleme, Oyigbo, Ikwere, Obio/akpor in 2016.
Reacting, Timi shared photos of people’s feet, palms, hands covered in black dust and called on residents to speak up amid the situation.
His words, “This is not funny!!! This is not fair. This is deep wickedness,”
