Manchester United legend, Gary Neville has urged the club to give Erik ten Hag one more injury-free season as manager. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, he wants Erik ten Hag to be given more grace at the club because there are simply no suitable replacements for him right now.
Neville added that even Bayern Munich are struggling to find a replacement for Tuchel, so MUFC should be patient for one more season.
His words, “I don’t see a suitable replacement for Ten Hag available. Bayern Munich are struggling to find a replacement [for Thomas Tuchel], others are struggling. I think we need to stick with Ten Hag and give him one more season – an injury-free season – to see if United can get back to the standards of last season where they won a trophy and finished in the top four.”

That triumph allowed the club to compete in the European Super Cup for the first time, where United beat European Cup holders Red Star Belgrade 1–0 at Old Trafford. The club appeared in two consecutive League Cup finals in 1991 and 1992, beating Nottingham Forest 1–0 in the second to win that competition for the first time as well.
