Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has sent a chilling warning to his superstar squad. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
Revealing that no player is untouchable following public outbursts against former coach Antonio Conte, Aurelio stated that he is prepared to sanction sales this summer.
De Laurentiis added that players who are unhappy with the club’s direction are free to find employment elsewhere.
His words, “They have made statements that are either acceptable or unacceptable depending on your point of view.
We’ll see what happens when we all get back to work. We’ll see what the new coach thinks of it.
If someone has to leave, they will leave. What’s the problem? There are plenty of footballers in the world.”
