Manchester United manager Michael Carrick has launched a scathing attack on the officiating standards in the English Premier League. He recently had his say following a controversial Manchester derby defeat, and fans have been reacting.
Expressing his frustration after the game, Carrick stated that declaring Haaland’s goal valid is a staggering decision for a situation that seemed to clearly impact the defensive phase of the game for his players.
The club legend added that even though the wrong decision won’t change MUFC’s season, it definitely impacted the Manchester derby negatively.
