Leicester City manager, Brendan Rodgers has come out to hail the partnership between Kelechi Iheanacho and Jamie Vardy. Brendan recently revealed that he is happy with both players, and he hopes the impressive partnership will continue for as long as possible.
According to him, even if Vardy has not been scoring in recent times, his movement and assists have been first class for his team.
He added that both players have been linking up well for the club, and he expects more goals from them.
His words, “Jamie hasn’t scored in a few games, but his movement and assists have been first class. He gives Kels space.”
“They link up very well and since they’ve been playing together they’ve been outstanding.”
