Chelsea star Victor Moses brought out his family to celebrate the Premier League title win at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, May 21.
Moses and his Chelsea teammates finally got their hands on their Premier League medals and the trophy after their last game of the season.
The Nigeria international played 90 minutes as Chelsea crushed Sunderland 5-1 to cap their brilliant season which saw them win the Premier League title with two games remaining.
He picked up his Premier League medal and also got to lift the Premier League trophy becoming only the third Nigerian player to do so.
The 25-year-old later brought out his wife and two kids and the whole family posed for a photo with the Premier League trophy.
Moses has a five-year-old son Brentley and a two-year-old daughter Nyah.
Having managed to keep this family very private, not much is known about his wife.
