Former Barcelona winger, Bojan has come out to say that Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo aren’t the ideal examples for youth footballers to follow. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, the achievement players like Messi and Ronaldo have gathered is simply extraordinary, and it will be hard for anyone to replicate it, so it is best for aspiring footballers to follow realistic examples.

Bojan added that such kinds of extraordinary success will only happen to a select few in football.
His words, “Neither Messi nor Cristiano nor Rafa Nadal are ordinary cases, they cannot be the example for young people. They are extraordinary. Success is not that, it is only going to happen to them. Success can be applied to many scenarios,”
“For me, Sergio Canales is a successful athlete because he has torn his knee three times and has made it to the national team. Joselu, at 33 years old, has arrived in Madrid. These situations are successful.”
WOW.
