Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has revealed that she has been battling severe pain and mobility challenges for months. She recently shared the development in a video posted on her Instagram page on Saturday to mark her 25th birthday.

Revealing that her condition forced her to depend on a wheelchair, Regina stated that what started as a minor health issue gradually worsened, leaving her struggling to move around and unable to walk.

The mother of two, however, added that she could manage to record her birthday video because there has been significant developments in her recovery.

Her words, “I know many of you may be surprised seeing me in a wheelchair. Well, welcome to another chapter of my life.

Let me walk you through what my life has been since many of you have asked questions about my absence.

For several months now, I have lost my freedom to move around as I please. It started as something minor, very minor, but eventually led to this.

But things took a major turn after the last public gathering I hosted, my children’s day carnival. One test after another, I jokingly started calling myself elaborate.

The pain became excruciating. Sometimes I can walk, and sometimes I can’t move. I cried.

Well, me sitting here today, in front of this camera, sharing this with y’all, it’s because there’s been some really significant developments in my recovery. And I say, thank you, Lord.”
