Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer has come out to compare Nick Woltemade to Lionel Messi. He recently had his say as the Bundesliga champions push to sign the Stuttgart striker despite strong resistance.
According to him, Woltemade is a footballer who can do a lot of things on the ball, and his unpredictability makes him very appealing to his several suitors home and abroad.
Neuer added that he sees Bayern Munich bringing in a new player before the summer transfer window closes.
His words, “He’s a very good player, who’s also Woltemessi.
The German striker is someone who can do a lot on the ball, is unpredictable, and the same applies to Deniz Undav, for example.”
On new signings, “I have a feeling something else will happen. But as I say every summer: We trust our managers. They’ll do their homework, and we’ll concentrate on football.”
