Rev Simeon Borokini, Archbishop of Ondo Province, Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion, has urged President Bola Tinubu to get down to business as soon as he assumes the presidency. He also asked him to appoint people to his government who would uphold the highest standards of morality and have a profound respect for God.
The cleric outlined the numerous difficulties that the nation is now facing and emphasised the significance of having people with spotless character assisting the President.
Borokini stressed that the nation can only successfully overcome its current issues by doing this.
At the second session of the 14th Synod of the Church, which was held at Oba Ile, Akure North Local Government Area of Ondo State, the bishop delivered the Bishop’s Charge for 2023.
