Germany midfielder, Toni Kroos has come out to say that Lamine Yamal is unbelievable for a 16-year-old. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, Germany will try to keep him quiet in their Euro 2024 quarter-final with Spain because he was definitely Barcelona’s most dangerous player last season.
Kroos added that Germany already knows what he is capable of, so he and Nico Williams must be pegged back as much as possible.
His words, “In recent years players seem to be better now at younger ages, it’s really incredible. He [Yamal] was Barcelona’s most dangerous player last season. We know what he’s capable of and will try to keep him and Nico Williams as quiet as possible. To be that good at 16 is simply unbelievable.”
