In spite of being unable to walk after an accident that claimed the use of his two legs 18 years ago, Gospel-tungba music originator, Yinka Ayefele still believes he has every reason to be thankful to God for sparing his life.
The Ekiti-born talented musician took to Facebook yesterday to share the photos of the scene of the accident that got him to the wheel-cheer, while offering thanks to God with some heartfelt words.
‘Each day I remember my turning point day and date December 12 1997, I will continue to give more praise and adoration to my creator. It’s exactly 18th years today when I escaped from death…and from ZERO TO HERO Please rejoice with me,’ the broadcaster-turned-musician wrote.
The Ibadan-based singer had the ghastly accident with his Volkswagen ‘Beetle’, on his way to Abeokuta for a radio programme.
