1. “Ghana Must Go”
The actress as Ama is, without doubt, one of the interesting performances in the 2016 comedy movie.
Directed by multiple award-winning filmmaker, Frank Rajah, “Ghana Must Go” stars the actress alongside Ik Ogbonna, Blossom Chukwujekwu, Helen Paul, aAda Ameh and Nkem Owoh popularly known as Osuofia.
2. “The Contract”
Produced by Yvonne Okoro and directed by Shirley Frimpong-Manso, the movie stars Hlomla Dandala, Joseph Benjamin and Yvonne Okoro.
The actress was humorous and entertaining as Abena Boateng. With an admirable chemistry with Hlomla Dandala as Peter Puplampo, Okoro delivered a performance
3. “The Game”
Probably the best Yvonne Okoro movie, the actress and her apt deliverance of the character Brandy served as the comic relief viewers needed to sit through the movie.
A Frank Rajah movie, “The Game” starred the actress alongside John Dumelo, Majid Michel, Yvonne Nelson among others.
While the movie effortlessly reminds one of Bollywood films “Ghanjini” and “Race,” movie lovers can’t be in hurry to forget the movie that made them love Okoro more.
4. “Rebecca”
Abandoned and lost in the middle of a deserted road, an egotistic proper city guy gets a rude awakening when he begins to realize that his only companion, a timid looking village girl who he had been forced to marry only a few hours earlier is anything but ordinary.
Produced by Ken Attoh and Shirley Frimpong Manso, the two-cast feature films stars the actress alongside Joseph Benjamin.
