    Zenith Bank Alerts Customers On Fake Social Media Handles

    Following the disclaimer of WhatsApp customer service number, by Zenith Bank Plc, the bank has further released information about fake social media handles purported to belong to the bank.

    Zenith Bank Plc has in a post on it’s page, stated that their customers should be careful of fake social media handles and should engage with them on their verified social media handles: Instagram-@zenithbankplc, Facebook-Zenith Bank Plc, Twitter -@ZenithBank.

    According to the bank, Zenith Bank will never call, text, chat or email their customers, or request for their account details, pin, token code, or other related account information.

    Zenith Bank therefore urged it’s customers not to respond if they receive such messages, and contact their direct phone service on 012787000 or 0700ZENITHBANK.

    The bank this advised it’s customers to always look out for the blue verified icon before engaging with Zenith Bank Plc, on social media.
