The Lagos State chapter of All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) has commenced what it called a membership drive in the state in the build up to 2015 general elections.
At a press briefing in Lagos, APGA state chairman, Engr. Campbell Umeh, disclosed that the party has started organizing sensitization programmes aimed at attracting more members of the public to the party.
He also said the party’s door is widely opened to aggrieved members of other political parties.
“We want to use this opportunity to publicly invite members of the political class who have been denied justice in other political parties by means of lack of internal democracy in those political parties to come and join APGA where they would be given open access to contribute their own quota towards national development”, Umeh said.
