Applicants shortlisted for the screening are required to present several documents, including evidence of physical/mental fitness from a government-recognized medical hospital, evidence of good character from village/district heads, original and duplicate copies of certificates of origin signed by Local Government Chairmen or Secretaries, National Identity Cards/slips, ‘O’ level result(s), birth certificate/declaration of age, application form print-outs, completed guarantor’s forms, and invitation slips.

The statement issued a stern warning against engaging in any criminal acts such as document falsification or forgery, emphasizing that offenders will be apprehended and prosecuted.
It stressed that the application and selection process is free and will be conducted through official channels, urging the public to report any unethical activities to the authorities.
Assuring transparency and merit-based recruitment, the statement affirmed the dedication and discipline of the Police Recruitment Board in ensuring a fair and corruption-free process.
