She concluded by urging Nigerians to honour the late Tosyn Bucknor by joining in the fight against the deadly condition.
“Today, we celebrate the beautiful life of Tosyn, a soul whose strength, light, and courage still inspire us every day.
As I remember my sister, I also remember everyone living with sickle cell.
In her honour and in the spirit of the things she loved, we’re asking you to stand with us in the fight against sickle cell,” she wrote.
The stunning media personality was found dead by her husband, Aurélien Boyer, in November 2018.
