The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, has said he is learning politics from President Bola Tinubu, whom he described as the best person to learn from.
Yilwatda made the remark on Saturday shortly after he was conferred with the traditional title of “Kaeh-rit” (meaning “the good seed of Ampang East”) in Plateau State.
According to him, President Tinubu remains one of Nigeria’s finest politicians, noting that his leadership style has greatly influenced his political growth.

“I’m learning from the best leader, Asiwaju Tinubu. Mr President is one of the best politicians you can learn from, and since adopting me as his son, I’ve learned so much from him,” Yilwatda said.
“He is teaching me, and so I’m learning. If you see me succeeding, it’s because I’m learning from the very best politician ever produced in Nigeria. So why not? I will work towards achieving what he has done also, being one of the best politicians in Nigeria,” he added.
The APC national chairman also expressed optimism that Governor Caleb Mutfwang’s recent defection to the APC would bring benefits to Plateau State.
Yilwatda reiterated the party’s inclusive membership policy, stressing that all members enjoy equal rights within the APC.
InfoStride News reports that the latest honour is the second traditional title conferred on Yilwatda within two weeks.
Recall that the Tiv Nation in Benue State recently bestowed a traditional title on him in recognition of his humanitarian services.
