The Yobe State Police Command has arrested four suspected drug dealers in Kolere Village, Fune Local Government Area of the state.
The command’s spokesperson, Dungus Abdulkarim, disclosed this in a statement issued on Thursday and made available to journalists in Damaturu.

According to Abdulkarim, the suspects were arrested during a coordinated operation carried out by the Potiskum Area Command.
He explained that police operatives, at about 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, raided Borno Kichi Market, described as a notorious hideout for criminal gangs involved in drug peddling and harbouring criminal elements.
The police spokesperson said various illicit substances were recovered during the operation.
The recovered exhibits include tramadol capsules, assorted hard drug tablets, Indian hemp, and rubber solution popularly known as “Sholi.”
The suspects were identified as Hafizu Adamu, 25; Babale Idi, 25; Shuaibu Mohammed, 35; and Shuaibu Musa, 22, all residents of Kolere Village in Fune Local Government Area.
Abdulkarim stated that investigations were ongoing, adding that the suspects would be charged to court upon conclusion of the investigation.
