Former federal lawmaker, Senator Dino Melaye, has expressed optimism that Nigeria would experience a positive transformation through the 2027 general elections.
Melaye, a chieftain of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, made this known in a terse post shared on his official Facebook page.
According to him, the country would survive what he described as the alleged maladministration of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, under President Bola Tinubu.

He urged Nigerians to align with what he termed the movement for a new Nigeria.
“Nigeria will survive APC. A new Nigeria is coming. Join the New Nigeria train,” Melaye wrote.
InfoStride News reports that the former Kogi West senator is a staunch supporter of the ADC frontline presidential aspirant, Atiku Abubakar.
Although opposition leaders in the defunct coalition have since gone separate ways politically, both Melaye and Atiku continue to express confidence that a new Nigeria is possible in 2027.
