The African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Imo State has raised alarm over an alleged plot by individuals said to be sponsored by external forces to distract and destabilize the party through unauthorized activities.
The party issued a strong warning against any gatherings or meetings not approved by its leadership, describing such actions as illegal, unacceptable, and contrary to party regulations.
This was contained in a statement released on Thursday by the State Publicity Secretary, Chief Macdonald Amadi, and made available to Newsmen

.
“Members involved in such activities will face disciplinary action, including sanctions, as provided in our constitution. We will uphold our integrity and stability,” the statement read.
Amadi reaffirmed the party’s commitment to unity and discipline, urging members to remain steadfast and focused on the ADC’s collective goals.
“The party remains focused, strong, and on track. We call on all members to stay united and disregard any attempt to create confusion within our ranks,” he added.
