Anybill Customer Service Receives Platinum Designation in IOFM/TAPN Certification Program

WASHINGTON, DC–(Marketwired – Jan 27, 2014) – Anybill, Inc., a pioneer in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) accounts payable solutions, today announced that, based on examinations conducted in 2013 by the Institute of Finance and Management (IOFM) and The Accounts Payable Network (TAPN), the organization’s Tax and Accounts Payable Specialists were recognized as holding Platinum Departmental Certification.

IOFM/TAPN developed certification programs in 2003 in response to emerging economic, legislative and technological developments affecting the Accounts Payable (AP) function. The program requires candidates to complete a rigorous examination toward either Accounts Payable Manager (APM) or Accounts Payable Specialist (APS) certification.

To earn Accredited Payables Department status, a minimum of 60% of the department must earn certification. Departments achieving 85% certification hold Platinum certification.

Anybill received Platinum certification when 100% of the department earned certification, including APM and APS certificates. Several in the department performed at an unusually high level on the exam to be awarded certification “with distinction.”
